You must be graduating from an ACGME accredited program.

• You need to be registered with the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS)
• You need to be registered with the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP)
• It is not mandatory but encouraged to be registered with the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine (AMSSM)
• Please check our Important Dates list below for the upcoming recruiting season and registration dates.
• Once registration dates are released and “open”, you can log into ERAS and submit your application.
• ERAS will require certain documents for you to submit and we ask that you also include the following, that is not listed by ERAS (some below might be duplicates):
• ERAS Application
• Photo
• Personal Statement
• 3 Letters of Recommendation
• Transcripts
• Letter of Good Standing From Current Program
• Medical School Diploma
• CV
• USMLE or COMLEX scores
