Robert Earley, President and CEO
Robert Earley has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the JPS Health Network since 2009, Tarrant County’s $1.3 billion, tax-supported healthcare system with more than 7,200 team members. The health network includes more than 40 sites of care across the region, where more than a million patient visits happen every year.
Nine months after receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas, Earley went back to South Texas to seek a seat in the Texas House of Representatives. Only 23 at the time, he was the youngest candidate to run for any office in the state legislature. He was elected and went on to serve five terms.
After retiring from the legislature Earley went on to join higher education teaching at St. Edwards University in Austin for 12 years and 5 years at Texas A & M University.
Earley holds a master degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Earley and his veterinarian wife Tricia have one daughter, who attends the college of William and Mary. Earley raises Clydesdale horses for fun and competition, and has raised bees for the last 20 years.
